Gina Pottenger Biography:
Gina Grate Pottenger is the managing editor of Engage magazine, the global mission publication of the Church of the Nazarene. She operates engagemagazine.nazarene.org from the Eurasia Regional Office communications center in Büsingen, Germany, where she also serves as a Mission Corp missionary contributing to region publications.
 
She is a 1998 graduate of Northwest Nazarene University, with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Prior to joining the NMI and Global Mission teams, Gina spent five years as a reporter with the Idaho Press-Tribune and The Gazette newspapers, and about two years as the publicity coordinator at JESUS Film Harvest Partners. In addition, she served for six months as a Mission Corps missionary at the Eurasia Regional Office in 2002, and has published three children’s missions books.
 
In her free time, Gina is an avid photographer and loves to travel internationally.
